In addition your products that have been installed buy our company are under 10 year parts labor limited warranties. Some equipment, however may be under 5 year parts and labor. Check with the manufacture of your product to see what warranty applies to your equipment.
The Better Business Bureau has rated this company an F. Please keep in mind that this rating is a reflection of Air Central Controls no longer operating as a business and is a reflection of Air Central Controls deciding not to pay the BBB for the dues they expect to receive in order for them to give Air Central Controls an A rating. No money to them equals an F Rating for Air Central Controls. This is also a conflict of interest to the customer we did keep happy in the past.
Please make sure to use a TRANE Authorized Dealer or Rheem/Ruud Authorized Dealer to service your equipment as stated in the warranties we offered. Since 2001 we have had great success as a business, but an opportunity has presented itself to the officers of the company that best serves the interest of both our clients and the officers as well.
